One Year Anniversary of Heavenly Order
A thank you and update after one year of posting Quran structures
It’s been exactly one year since our first post.
Al-ḥamdu lillāh (All praise and thanks belong to Allah), for those who have been here since the beginning, you’ve received weekly posts on a different aspect of the Quran’s unique structuring every Friday, without break.
We’ve now successfully explored the structures of 33 different suwar. We’ve seen how the first sūrah and last sūrah are organized. We’ve analyzed the longest sūrah and shortest sūrah. We’ve observed suwar that tell stories of prophets and we’ve looked at how Allah ﷻ organizes suwar that the Messenger ﷺ encouraged us to recite on a regular basis.
And we still have many more posts lined up.
Thanks to all those who have commented, provided feedback, offered their own structures and provided guidance as we gather all the research we can on instances of organization and structuring in the Quran. We read every comment/email, so feel free to send us your thoughts on any posts.
If you’ve benefitted from a single post, please pray for our well-being in this life and the next. And if you know someone who would enjoy reading about new and developing research in the Quran’s structure, please share our email list with them. We don’t really market this blog, so it’s all spread through word of mouth.
May Allah ﷻ allow us to continue posting and discovering novel aspects of His Word.
Here is a preview of some suwar we will explore in the coming months:
