﷽
I have a theory that the root of all problems in the Muslim community stem from bad khutbahs.
For example, many are unhappy with the “celebrity imam” culture that has grown exponentially over the past few years. Well, if we got a decent khutbah every week, there would be much less demand for us to fly over a shaykh/speaker for a weekend. All these conferences/forums/pursuits of an imān high, are essentially us trying to fill the khutbah-sized hole in our hearts.
With that mini-rant in mind, please consider filling out this survey from Omar Usman. CLICK HERE TO FILL IT OUT
He wants to gather this feedback to improve the workshop and trainings he does for khateebs around the nation. Below is his post outlining a bit more details if you’d like to read it from the source.
Please consider filling it out :)
As-Salām ʿālaykum.
